These ghost popZ are much lower in added sugar because of the natural sweetness from the GoGo squeeZ Apple Pumpkin Spice pouches. The pouches also replace the eggs and oil and/or butter traditionally found in pumpkin bread and cake pop recipes making it a lighter choice when it comes to a Halloween party treat.

Directions

01

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat a 9×5-inch baking loaf pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

02

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

03

In another bowl, whisk together Apple Pumpkin Spice pouches, Banana YogurtZ pouch, canned pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add to the dry ingredients bowl and stir until everything is just mixed together (do not over stir.)

04

Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Remove loaf from pan from the oven and cool on a wire rack.

05

Once the apple pumpkin bread is cooled, break it apart in a large bowl working it with your hands until it is completely crumbled. Take a little bit of crumbs (you’ll be making a 1½-inch shape) and roll in your hands until it resembles the consistency of play dough. Shape into a ball or ghost. Insert a 6-inch lollypop stick into the bottom of the ghost pop. Repeat until your crumbs are all used up (you should have about 28-30 pops.)

06

To make the frosting, place the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it for about 45 seconds. Remove bowl and stir until all the chocolate is melted.

07

Take one pop and roll it around in the melted chocolate until almost completely covered (you can still have some of the apple pumpkin bread showing.) Place the pop stick into Styrofoam or a cup with dry beans in it to hold the pop up as it dries. Repeat with remaining pops. Serve immediately or place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
