Connecting Kids to America’s Largest Classroom

GoGo squeeZ® works with the National Park Foundation and the Open Outdoors for Kids Program to provide more kids with transformative educational and recreational experiences in national parks.

How the
program works

We partnered with the National Park Foundation to help fund NPF’s Open OutDoors for Kids (OOK) program, which connects elementary school-aged youth to national parks through meaningful, educational, and engaging field trips. Most of the students served by OOK are from Title I schools and low-income families. NPF and GoGo squeeZ® believe every child should have access to national parks—America’s largest classroom. GoGo squeeZ’s support will help provide approximately 15,000 kids with national park experiences during the 2021-2022 school year.

Open OutDoors for Kids

The National Park Foundation’s Open OutDoors for Kids program targets kids at a critical age when they are more receptive to engaging with nature and the environment. By reaching students while young, NPF and GoGo squeeZ® are helping kids and families develop a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors.
